I saved the photos from the Olympic Training Center to post just before the opening ceremony at the Rio Olympics. The training center is one of a few in the U.S. and is open to the public.
Tours are $12 per person and feature mostly outside views of the facilities with a few inside looks at the gym and wrestling facilities.
Our group happened to meet Lauren Gibbs, a 2018 Olympic hopeful on bobsled. She spent several minutes taking photos and answering questions.
